NAWOJ, WISE Urge Women To Take Advantage Of Internet Opportunities

The National Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ) Kaduna State Chapter, in conjunction with Women Initiative for Sustainable Environment in Nigeria (WISE),  has called on women to get connected to internet this will create more job opportunities.
The Program Director, Olanike Olugboji said, the theme of the training is ” A digital Access, literacy inclusion, networking and Empowerment Drive “.
She said, women who are connected to internet have job opportunities.
“World Pulse (USA) is an opportunity for every women to join for a better tomorrow.” she added.
World Pulse is focusing on women around the world, on how women can be connect to their internet for easy accessibility.
She advised that, World Pulse is a forum for women who write well by expressing issues about women, “you can be empowered online, find job opportunities, be connected to people that will inspired you through  connecting to World Pulse.
Speaking during the training at the secretariat of Nigeria Union of Journalist, Kaduna State Council, State chairperson NAWOJ, Juliet Oyoyo said, the training became necessary for women to enjoy the benefits of information technology.
Earlier, NAWOJ  secretary, Sahura Maidoki commended the Kaduna State chapter of the association for organizing training that will be of beneficial to women, and urged every women to make use of their laptops to connect with World Pulse.
