The Resident Pastor of the Living Faith Church (LFC) Sabo with the slogan ‘where God is at work now’ situated in Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State, Pastor Okenwa Nwagu has said that the church aside taking care of spiritual needs of its members and host community,‎ is also committed to engaging in activities and projects that will positively impact on their lives physically.
The pastor who disclosed this while briefing newsmen on some of the projects executed to help communities around the church and it is their desire to do more, said, the church without blowing its trumpet is exercising it’s Corporate Social Responsibility  ‎(CSR) to people around the church and called on other well meaning individuals to toe same part.
He said, the church recognised that flooding was a major challenge to people and houses around the church, hence it decided to construct a drainage that has helped to address such challenge.
Also, the  community ‎he said suffers acute water challenges and the church took it upon herself to construct borehole that has also helped to take care of such water challenge.
He emphasised that through the unction of the spirit of God that is upon the Presiding Bishop of the church, Bishop David Oyedepo which flows through him, that God is really working wonders in the church with catalogue of testimonies.
“Destinies are being positively transformed, barren women becoming mothers of triplets,confused getting direction, armed robbers and drug addicts getting born again.
“We have also organized a football match between the church youths and members of the community and it has greatly helped to foster peaceful co‎-existence within the community.
“We are doing all of this in fulfillment of the scriptures and the mandate of liberating the world through the gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ as received by the presiding Bishop”.
